Less than three kilometres south of the city centre in Graz, the Seifenfabrik event venue welcomes seminars and conferences, corporate and staff celebrations. Due to its excellent location near the middle of the Styrian provincial capital, the old soap factory lying on the banks of the river Mur can be reached most conveniently by public transport. Bus line 34 drops you at the “Seifenfabrik” bus stop, from where it takes just a few minutes to comfortably walk over to the event location. Arriving by bicycle is another option, as the cycle path to the event premises runs directly along the Mur and makes for a relaxing change of scenery. There are 220 free parking spaces available.

The largest of the five event rooms, a half-timbered hall measuring almost 700 square metres, can accommodate up to 1,200 people. It is then only a 15-minute walk from the train station in Eisenstadt to the event location, or let a taxi drop you off at the convention centre in just five minutes. A flexible room concept with movable partition wall systems offers a wide range of design options for your event. The roof terrace with a view over the Old Town is a particularly stunning place to take breaks and hold receptions.
Once you have arrived in Eisenstadt by train, you can practically go everywhere on foot. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the Kultur Kongress Zentrum to the restaurants, pubs and accommodation in the city centre, as well as to sights such as the Esterházy Palace with its park, the Haydn House or the Haydn Church.

With tram lines 1, 2, 71 or D, the journey to the library even becomes a little sightseeing tour along the world-famous Ringstrasse boulevard. Alternatively, you can also get to the National Library by underground line 3 (Stations: Herrengasse, Volkstheater or Stephansplatz) or underground line 1 (Station: Stephansplatz). Excursions to the city's most important sights like Schönbrunn Palace can also be conveniently planned by bus, tram or underground.
