Flexible events in an atmosphere of timeless style
Whether you're organising a conference, trade fair or Christmas party, the Kultur Kongress Zentrum Eisenstadt (Eisenstadt Cultural and Conference Centre), located right in the historic city centre, provides the perfect setting with its modern yet timeless architecture. Thanks to movable partitions and the option of integrating the foyer area, the rooms at the conference centre can be flexibly configured for many different layouts. Further plus points include an in-house technical team, many years of conference experience and the fact that the art collection of the Regional Gallery of Burgenland is housed in the basement. It's the ideal choice for anyone wishing to combine flexibility with style and quality.
Flexible room layout combined with stylish flair
The Kultur Kongress Zentrum Eisenstadt adds a modern touch to the historic town centre and features timeless architecture, barrier-free access and a tasteful ambience. The centre is ideally suited for conferences, (hybrid) corporate events, workshops and seminars, as well as congresses, trade fairs, gala dinners and Christmas parties. Thanks to its movable partitions, it can be flexibly configured. The total capacity for all five meeting rooms, using theatre-style seating, is 1344 people. The largest room measures 520 square metres and can accommodate from 56 people (U-shaped seating) to 620 (stand-up cocktail tables). With a compact theatre-style seating arrangement, there is room for 590 people, with a further 178 on the adjacent balcony. If you need a platform for your presentations, this is also possible with theatre seating and only reduces the number of people slightly, to 551. Classroom configurations and banquet seating at round tables are also options. You can host receptions on the terrace and guests will also enjoy taking their breaks there.

Up-to-the-minute events: modern equipment, years of expertise
The Eisenstädter Kongresszentrum doesn't just look modern from the outside. Inside, projectors, screens and pinboards, microphones, a stage, podium and flipchart board, together with a moderator's tool kit, provide everything you need to keep your event bang up-to-date. The in-house technical team can help you out with anything sound or video-related and may be particularly helpful with hybrid events. When it comes to refreshments for your guests, it is entirely up to you to decide whether to bring in your own catering partner or ask for a recommendation from our experienced conference team. Alternatively, you can use one of the many restaurants and bars within walking distance which will all be pleased to treat your guests to regional specialities. On the subject of the local area, exclusive hotels in the charming city centre, such as the Parkhotel Eisenstadt, Hotel-Restaurant Ohr and, from summer 2022, also Hotel Paul’s am Schlossplatz Esterházy's on the square in front of the Esterházy Palace will provide overnight accommodation for your guests in a prestigious setting. The conference centre is just 15 minutes' walk from the railway station, or only five by taxi. Arriving by car? No problem, there's a public car park just opposite the Kultur Kongress Zentrum Eisenstadt.
Soak up the diverse cultural world of Haydn's city
Because the Kultur Kongress Zentrum Eisenstadt is situated right in the historic centre, this picturesque city of Haydn can be easily explored on foot. In addition to its many restaurants, bars and shops, the world's smallest city also boasts a magnificent cultural heritage, and all within walking distance. So in between the workshops and meetings, your guests can visit the Esterházy Palace, the Haydnhaus, the Haydnkirche, Martinsdom and the Schlosspark. In the basement of the conference centre is the Burgenland Regional Gallery, with its contemporary and modern artworks adding a very special stylish flair to the building. Extensive pedestrianised areas are pleasant for strolling around in and window-shopping between presentations. Then perhaps, after an intensive seminar week, you would like to extend your stay and relax in rural surroundings? You may be tempted by the nearby Lake Neusiedl, offering boat rides, wine tasting and cycling tours. Anyone with an interest in history can delve into the region's past at Forchtenstein or Schlaining castle. In summer there are a host of cultural events, from the Seefestspielen in Mörbisch to the Opera in the Quarry in St. Margarethen.
