Registration

For exhibitors

110 companies with 150 exhibitors are expected at the Convention Austria 2020.

All participants at Convention Austria will register online using the ANTO registration tool. In addition to arranging appointments and searching for suitable conversation partners, the registration and appointment tool also shows automated suggestions from discussion partners with the same interests and it is possible to evaluate the conversation partners after the conversation.

Appointments

All appointments must be agreed in advance using the registration and appointment tool, business talks can only be guaranteed this way. Exhibitors can use the registration and appointment tool to express interest in an appointment for visitors who have already registered. The duration of the slots is set at 20 minutes.

Online registration for exhibitors will start in February 2020.

For Hosted Buyer

Services

The Hosted Buyer receives the following services as part of the Convention Austria:

  • Participation in the opening evening and the sales platform, space for sales talks with exhibitors
  • Participation in the hosted buyer evening (excluding participation of all CVBs) and in one of the postal tours offered
  • Assumption of the costs for two nights in a hotel in Linz for all hosted buyers or for three nights with hosted buyers from distant markets such as the USA and Asia
  • Assumption of the costs of the program of the selected post tour including transfer to the nearest train station, airport for departure
  • Assumption of the costs for arrival / departure by plane, train, car and transfers to Linz or in Linz
  • Use of the registration and appointment tool, a separate appointment calendar is available for each participant, search for suitable conversation partners, matchmaking
  • Mention in the printed list of participants as well as in the online registration and appointment tool
  • Access to the contact details of all participants in the online registration and appointment tool or in the printed directory of participants
  • International network: establish new contacts, maintain existing contacts
  • 150 national exhibitors from the Meeting Industry on site

Invitations will be sent to

  • Decision-makers for bookings in the meeting / event planning of a company
  • Decision-makers for bookings in the conference / event planning of an international or European association
  • Decision-makers in the meeting / event planning of an agency
  • Influencer for the venues of corporate events
  • Influencer for the venues of association events or congresses
  • Main influencer for choosing venues for customer events

Austria and the Alpine region are potential venues for the upcoming hosted buyer events. Capital cities, state capitals, smaller cities and destinations are equally suitable as venues.

Appointments

Each hosted buyer should complete at least ten appointments on the day of the sales platform.
